LIVE SOUND PROMOTION FOR EVENTS - TERMS 

1.No refunds other than on cancellation or substantial alteration of the event.
2.Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change.
3.No unaccompanied under 16's are allowed. Under 16's must be accompanied by over 18's.
4.No re-admission. Tickets are non-transferable.
5.In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests the Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission and refund the ticket value.
6.The Promoters are unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses, or injuries sustained at this event, including damage and losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons.
7.The Promoters will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets.
8.Tickets are only valid when purchased from official agents of Live Sound Promotion bought from other sources will be refused admission.
9.Strictly no trading allowed within the arena without the Promoters consent.
10.As a condition of sale ticket holders consent to being filmed or sound recorded as part of the audience.
11.Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, whether commercial or non commercial, without the prior written consent of Live Sound Promotion.

 Information & Notification - All Events 

1.Disabled Facilities are available
2.Do not buy tickets from street traders and unauthorised agencies. Tickets are security printed & any attempt to pass on any other ticket will lead to automatic refusal at the entrance. Beware of forgeries.
3.The following items cannot be taken into the arena:
.Alcohol
.Drinks Bottles and Cans
All Items will be confiscated.  

4.Sealed water bottles 500ml and under may be brought into the arena.
5.You may be body searched at the entrance. Any items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon will be confiscated.
6.To protect your own safety and those of other guests, please act responsibly.
7.Anyone resisting confiscation of disallowed items or disregarding these conditions will face eviction.
8.As of July 2007 no smoking is permitted in enclosed public areas.
